Please read the following information carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities as a customer.


Refund Policy

  1. Return Period
    We offer a 14-day return window.
    You must request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

  2. Return Eligibility
    To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received

  • Original packaging, safety seals, and tags must remain intact

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened or used cosmetic pigment products cannot be returned under any circumstances.

After we review your request, we will:

  • Provide return approval

  • Send you a return shipping label

  • Share detailed instructions on how and where to send your item

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
    Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
    If the item you received is damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide order details and photos of the issue

We will evaluate the case and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

  1. Non-Returnable Items
    The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used cosmetic pigments

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your product qualifies for return, please contact us for clarification before shipping it back.

  1. Exchanges
    If you would like a different item, the fastest option is:

  1. Return the item you currently have (if eligible)

  2. After approval, place a new order for the product you want

  1. Refund Process
    After your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm:

  • Whether your refund was approved

  • Any additional steps needed

If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Note:
Your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

Shipping Policy

  1. Processing Time
    Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
    During major sales, high season, or national holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

  1. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
    We currently ship orders within the United States only.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your total order value.

  1. Shipping Carriers
    DOTINK ships orders using reliable carriers, including:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Carrier selection varies based on destination, order size, and transit efficiency.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories outside the mainland.

  1. Order Tracking
    Once your package ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
    You can check delivery status directly through the carrier’s website.

  2. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
    If tracking shows “Delivered” but your package is missing:

  • Check with neighbors or building management

  • Contact your local USPS/UPS/FedEx office for assistance

DOTINK is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier marks them as delivered.

  1. Shipping Restrictions
    At this time, DOTINK ships only within the United States.
    We do not offer international shipping or deliveries to non-mainland territories.

  2. Order Changes or Cancellations
    If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
    Once the order is processed or shipped, we cannot make any modifications.
